FKL Fertilizer Market Introduction Project

We successfully coordinated a complex ecosystem involving international fertilizer manufacturer (FKL BV), development partner (Embassy of Netherlands), technical implementer (IFDC), NGO partner (ERB) , two local private companies Lovimax and WEAS, and tea cooperatives across Burundi. This initiative demonstrates our ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared value creation while delivering measurable impact on farmer productivity and commercial viability.

Water Disinfection Innovation in Burkina Faso

DHI Program Project (DHIF19D093, 2020-2022)

We led successful technology transfer of Dutch water disinfection innovations (TwinOxide International BV, VLM van Lankveld Mariahout B.V.) to Burkina Faso context. Coordinated between technology providers, local water utility (ONEA), and development finance mechanism (RVO DHI Program) to demonstrate technical feasibility and commercial viability of advanced water treatment solutions in emerging market conditions.
